Domestic Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

UK

Shipping is included on all items above £25, dispatch within 24hrs and estimated delivery between 2 to 5 working days. 

Items above £150 will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special delivery for safety and security. Contact us for faster delivery options.

International

At this time we do not ship internationally, though we are working on setting this up. If you have any questions about this or wish to arrange a private delivery please contact us so that we can check any sales taxes, customs duties or international shipping charges that may apply.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing where appropriate a tracking number

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Gemaurum is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.). International customers re advised to contact us prior to making an order.

Damages

While every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packaged and shipped effectively and safely, Gemaurum is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we endeavour to ship items via Royal Mail with tracking and insurance and we can assist with any claim against the Post Office and we will always retain proof of posting.
